摘要总结了水泥工程建设项目的管理经验，从建立项目指挥部、做好方案论证、选择建设方式、选择项目建设合作单位和监理单位以及做好竣工验收工作等方面，提出了做好大型工程建设项目管理的几点建议。

Abstract: This paper sums up the management experience of cement engineering construction projects, and puts forward some suggestions on doing well the management of large-scale engineering construction projects from the aspects of establishing project headquarters, doing well the scheme demonstration, selecting construction methods, selecting project construction cooperation units and supervision units, and doing well the completion acceptance work, etc.
