Abstract: Taking the 10 000t/d cement clinker production line as an example, the waste heat utilization before and after the waste heat of the flue gas at the outlet of the grate cooler is compared and analyzed. The recycling of the flue gas outside the cooler effectively improves the waste heat power generation capacity and energy efficiency. The calculation results show that the power generation has been increased from 13.9kW·h/t.cl to 18.5kW·h/t.cl.
