Abstract: This paper introduces the problems of low secondary air temperature, high clinker temperature and unsatisfactory heat exchange efficiency in the operation of LBTF 3200 grate cooler, analyzes the influence of material layer, air pressure of cooling fans and air volume on the performance of grate cooler, and puts forward the technical reform plan. After the technical reform, the secondary air temperature increases by 40℃ on average, the third air temperature increases by 68℃ on average, the coal feeding quantity of kiln head decreases by 0.5t/h on average, the coal feeding quantity of decomposition furnace decreases by 0.2t/h on average, and the annual coal saving fund can reach millions of yuan.
