摘要 当前水泥生产线设备种类繁多、高精尖设备较多,从加强设备管理、创新设备管理和维修体系等方面考虑,建立了设备状态检测中心。通过运用各种新型仪器及技术手段,对设备振动、内部缺陷、润滑状况等参数进行采集,分析设备健康状况及劣化趋势,制定针对性的维修保养计划,确保了设备的安全、稳定及高效运行。

Abstract: In terms of the cement production line at present, it has a wide variety of equipment and many high-precision and cutting-edge equipment. The equipment condition detection center has been established by considering the strength of equipment management, the innovation of equipment management and maintenance system, etc. Through the use of various new instruments and technical means to collect the parameters such as equipment vibration, internal defects, lubrication and so on, it carries out the analysis on equipment health status and deterioration trend, and formulates targeted maintenance plan, so as to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
