摘要 
针对水泥工厂总承包项目资金需求量大,影响项目合同签订的问题,通过研究分析市场各类投融资模式,结合中国出口信用保险公司和各商业银行的保险产品、金融产品,提出了适用于水泥工厂建设项目的出口信贷、福费廷、应收账款保理等融资模式。经市场经营实际使用,有力促进了水泥工程建设企业项目合同的签订,发挥了财务工作的融资职能和价值作用,极大提高了企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract: 
In view of the general contracting project capital demand big cement factory, which affects the problem of project contract, this paper researches all kinds of investment and financing mode in the market, and analyze China's export credit insurance products, insurance companies and commercial Banks financial products. The financing models such as export credit, forfaiting and accounts receivable factoring are proposed for cement plant construction projects. The actual use of market operation has effectively promoted the signing of project contracts of cement engineering construction enterprises, played the financing function and value role of financial work, and greatly improved the market competitiveness of enterprises.
