摘要 随着由辊压机与球磨机组成的水泥半终粉磨联合粉磨系统的发展,适配于此系统的球磨机的磨内结构也应随之进行优化。通过从进料装置、衬板形式、中间隔仓装置、挡料圈、隔热材料、研磨体等方面对球磨机系统进行优化改造,有效提高了球磨机运转效率,降低了球磨机能耗。

Abstract: With the development of the roller press combined grinding system, the internal structure of the ball mill suitable for this system should be optimized. With the optimization and modification of the feeding device, the liners structure, the intermediate diaphragm, the dam ring, and the heat-proof material, the operation efficiency of the ball mill is effectively improved and the energy consumption of the ball mill is reduced.
