Abstract: A new type of nano-insulated aerogel felt and aerogel plate were used for demonstration application in the area of secondary air duct of 5 000 t/d cement production line. By summarizing the preparation and performance of aerogel nano-insulation materials, comparing the surface temperature changes of the cement kiln three air pipe equipment before and after using aerogel materials, and the differences between aerogel materials and ordinary thermal insulation materials in terms of construction scheme, thickness of thermal insulation layer and thermal insulation performance, it is clarified that aerogel nano-insulation materials can show better thermal insulation performance under thinner laying conditions. It can effectively reduce the surface temperature and heat dissipation of cement kiln equipment, and provide a new path for energy saving and consumption reduction in cement industry.
