Abstract Through the application of digital intelligent control technology, the on-line monitoring of grate cooler layer thickness, automatic adjustment of grate bed travel and speed, iterative optimization of multi-variable intelligent control module, intelligent control of clinker moving speed, cooling air volume and air pressure, intelligent maintenance of grate cooler is realized, which improves the reliability of grate cooler operation and reduces the maintenance cost. The clinker production quality is stabilized and the management level of cement production enterprises is improved.
