Abstract This paper briefly introduced the recycling mechanism of volatile material potassium, sodium, chlorine and sulfur in cement production process. Moreover the phenomenon of bulidups jam was discussed; Besides, the paper dicussed the cement by-pass techniques of solving the buildups and a few attentioned problems in production line ; It was suggested that a new utilization way was provided for the bypass exhaust gas.
