Abstract These years the coal cost occupied 2/3 of cement clinker,and the test results accuracy of coal quality influenced the company's cost greatly. The group central laboratory standardized the sub-factories' coal detection method by comparing with test operation and analyzing testing data, reducing management costs and achieving desired results.
