Abstract For solving the bottleneck problem of the cement industry waste heat recovery station (WHR) in the overseas projects, this research developed sets of technical standards system and the key technical standard of cement industry WHR power generation by organizing plenty of industry research and expert meetings, to form a complete set of technical standard system for overseas projects. It sets up a pilot demonstration of the application in overseas projects with technical standards system, the key technical standard and compared manual, to achieve the leading role in overseas projects.
