Abstract Guang dong provincial standard DB44/T 1116 -2013 Cement for Common Ready-mixed Mortar has been released and implemented since July 15, 2013. Common ready-mixed mortar cement is a kind of new cement based on the ready-mixed mortar and masonry cement, it can significantly reduce the energy consumption and production cost of ready-mixed mortar. In order to promote the use of common ready-mixed mortar cement, development, main contents and technical requirements of the local standard of Guangdong province Cement for Common Ready-mixed Mortar is introduced in this paper，which is expected to promote the development of cement standard system in our country.
