A 7 500t/d cement clinker production line adopts the one-button heating scheme of rotary kiln system, applies the new intelligent control platform software and built-in standard heating curve program, and realizes the one-button heating of cement rotary kiln by manually setting parameters, transforming the field device and actuator, controlling the switch quantity of the central control device and the simulated quantity of the actuator according to the temperature node of the smoke chamber. It achieves the heating requirements of "slow heating, no turning back, and uniform drying of the kiln", greatly reduces the labor intensity, effectively reduces the damage of refractory materials caused by improper heating rate, and realizes the standardization of start and stop equipment and parameter adjustment during the heating process.
