Abstract Two sealing protections by using oil and air are designed on axial sealing ring of roller mill. With well－conceived design of its structure, the working pressure of oil and air can be controlled strictly. The author also pointed out that a great attention must be made on assembling quality in order to improve sealing effect and avoid dust entering the bearing, as well as prolong the life time of roller bearings.
