The effect of KH, fluxing agent proportion, phosphorus gypsum mineralization on the sintering of cement raw materials were researched by making raw mix sintering test, chemical analysis and XRD. The result shows that the phosphorus gypsum not only improve the sintering of raw materials, but also promote solid phase reaction by adding 2.0% phosphorus gypsum and 2.0% slag into raw meal. Thus the sintering effect can be improved and SO2 volatility was reduced.
