ZG40Cr25Ni20Si（25-20） is one of the most commonly used heat-resistant steel materials and widely used in the pyro system equipments of cement production line. However, only the composition, tensile properties at room temperature and upper limit temperature can be found for this material, which can be used to design the performance parameters of the equipment for designers and users. Designers and users require more details equipment design performance parameters and service life data. Therefore, the performance of 25-20 is studied in this paper through high temperature tensile test, high temperature oxidation test and high temperature corrosion test, which provides theoretical data for designers and users. Finally, the deficiencies of material 25-20 in equipment application are improved to meet the actual application requirements.
