Experimental Study on Determination Method of Ammonium Content in Denitrated Fly Ash

Through the experiment, the extraction method of residual ammonium in fly ash was optimized, and the preparation parameters of the fly ash ammonium solution in the distillation titration method were determined. At the same time, the ammonium ion content in the fly ash was determined by distillation titration and ion chromatography, the repeatability and reproducibility of the quantitative testing method for determining residual ammonium in fly ash was verified; and a method for determining residual ammonium content in fly ash was established. The results show that in the distillation titration method, the solution preparation parameters and the titration method have a significant effect on the detection results of the ammonium ash content of the fly ash, and the test accuracy can be improved by specifying the preparation parameters of the solution and the skilled titration method. The repeatability and reproducibility of the results of the distillation titration test meet the precision requirements and it can be used as a standard method for determining the residual ammonium content in fly ash. The results obtained by ion chromatography are slightly lower than the distillation titration method and can be used as a substitute.

ZG40Cr25Ni20Si(25-20) is one of the most commonly used heat-resistant steel materials and widely used in the pyro system equipments of cement production line. However, only the composition, tensile properties at room temperature and upper limit temperature can be found for this material, which can be used to design the performance parameters of the equipment for designers and users. Designers and users require more details equipment design performance parameters and service life data. Therefore, the performance of 25-20 is studied in this paper through high temperature tensile test, high temperature oxidation test and high temperature corrosion test, which provides theoretical data for designers and users. Finally, the deficiencies of material 25-20 in equipment application are improved to meet the actual application requirements.

The Heidelberg P14 project in Indonesia uses a domestically produced 10,000 tpd precalcining system and a 10,000-ton rotary kiln. According to the characteristics of Indonesia's local high-moisture raw materials and high-moisture lignite, the preheater, calciner, rotary kiln and other equipments were optimized. The actual operation results show that the energy consumption data and environmental protection data of the pyro system have reached the advanced level of the same scale production line and passed the performance assessment smoothly.

According to the bed grinding principle, vertical roller mill greatly improves grinding efficiency, reduce equipment wear and tear, as well as have drying and separating function. Especially it is suitable for grinding high moisture and hard grinding materials. Vertical roller mill has been widely used in grinding granulated blast furnace slag, steel slag, nickel iron slag and other metallurgical slag as concrete mineral admixtures, and eliminated the ball mill grinding system. As introducing the working principle of smelting slag grinding system, taking engineering application as example to introduce granulated blast furnace slag, teel slag, nickel iron slag grinding systems operating conditions. Using vertical roller mill system grinding metallurgical slag has obvious technical advantages and promotion prospects.
