Sinoma Bangye (Hangzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. jointly developed ICE Intelligent Optimum Control Platform. The platform adopted advanced control technology with model predictive control as the core, and complicated processes modeling technology with neural network, by collecting real-time production data of DCS system and combining quality data of laboratory, to realize the process optimal control of key manufacturing links in cement production process, and to achieve automatic control effects with safety, stability and optimization. This could improve output, reduce energy consumption, guarantee product quality, meet environmental protection requirements, and maximize the economic benefits of cement production enterprises.

The Practical Application of High Efficiency and Energy Saving Circulating Fan in ATOX Raw Mill

The ATOX50 raw material mill adopts the three-fans process system, and the supporting circulating fan installed power is 3 800kW, and its aerodynamic efficiency is low, resulting in relatively high power consumption of the circulating fan. In actual operation, it is basically full-load operation and becomes the most energy-consuming production process unit in cement clinker production. Therefore, after actual investigation and research, it is decided to adopt high-efficiency energy-saving fan to replace the circulating fan with the whole machine, so as to satisfy the existing production. The requirements also take into account the extreme production capacity. After the transformation, the air leakage inside the fan is greatly reduced, the resistance of the inlet and outlet pipes is reduced, and the efficiency of the whole machine is greatly improved.

At present a widely recognized cement group-level information management control system at home or abroad has not formed, the subsystem such as production management, energy management, equipment management and quality management is still in the state of information island, so applying these important information reasonably as a whole, is beneficial to the optimum combination of factors of production, the rational allocation of resources, and can improve the business processes, control the production cost, improve the efficiency of cement production, realizes the enterprise information sharing and effective use. In order to meet the present demand of cement enterprises, this paper presents a group-level information management and control system to improve the operating efficiency and management level of cement groups.
