Abstract This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of three sand-making technology schemes. Combining with the actual production line of limestone waste stone in Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Company Ltd. The technology of sand-making by roll crushing is selected to make 100% use of limestone waste stone in this production line. The manufactured sand meets the requirements of Class II construction sand in GB/T 14684-2011. The problems of low product yield, poor quality, low added value and low comprehensive utilization of resources in the original production line were solved.
