    Research and Application of Domestic TRMK5341 Vertical Roller Mill For Cement Grinding   Collect

    This article introduces the process flow, main equipment and operation condition about domestic TRMK5341 vertical roller mill. Operating parameters of this vertical roller mill grinding system are better than contract requirements. This vertical roller mill is running smoothly, particle size distribution and water consumption of cement standard consistency for cement product are equivalent to ball mill, and the particle size distribution is wild. The power consumption of main motor, classifier and system fan for OPC is totally about 31.0kWh/t. which is less by 30%~40% than ball mill.

    The development process of cement kiln refractory brick standard was described, the VDZ B, ISO[π3] series brick features and C series of innovations was analyzed, the main technical data and the ratio of various series of brick was introduced, and the development trend of the refractory brick was forecasted. C series brick on the industrial test of nearly 40 kilns has been used of 8 000 t bricks, according to unit ton of clinker is about 0.6 kg brick to estimate, it is equivalent to about 12.5 million tons of cement clinker production. C series refractory brick type standard can meet the technical progress of precalcining kiln in China, and is superior to the existing international standards, which speeds up the process of Chinese cement production technology from big to strong.

    This paper used Solidworks software to build the three-dimensional model of large-scale hot air pipeline in cement plant. According to the characteristics of hot air pipeline, the three-dimensional model is simplified, meshed and the boundary conditions are set. Combined with ASME standard, the mechanical properties of hot air pipeline in cement plant are analyzed by finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the stress intensity of dangerous section gets checked, and the strength of support and duct meets the requirements of engineering design.

    Three kinds of roll sleeves and liners of different materials used successively in ZGM113G-I medium speed coal mill are introduced. The chemical composition and casting process characteristics of roll sleeve and liner were analyzed. The effects of wear rate, service life and wear shape of roll sleeve and liner on the performance of coal mill were compared. The results show that the performance of high chromium surfacing products is slightly better than that of high chromium casting products. Composite melt-casting cermet products are much better than the first two products. Their service life can reach 16 070h. At the same time, the maintenance cycle is prolonged greatly, the output of coal mill is increased, the unit power consumption is reduced and the performance price ratio is high.

    This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of three sand-making technology schemes. Combining with the actual production line of limestone waste stone in Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Company Ltd. The technology of sand-making by roll crushing is selected to make 100% use of limestone waste stone in this production line. The manufactured sand meets the requirements of Class II construction sand in GB/T 14684-2011. The problems of low product yield, poor quality, low added value and low comprehensive utilization of resources in the original production line were solved.

    This paper briefly introduces the ICE roller mill intelligent control system and its components, and summarizes the raw roller grinding process and the main functions of the ICE roller mill intelligent control system. After the intelligent control system was used by Guangde South Cement Company , the company's mill feeding volume was increased by 10.2t/h , the main motor current increased by 4.9A, and the raw material power consumption decreased by 0.27kWh/t.

    Through the analysis of the cement particle grading data measured by the laser particle size analyzer, combined with the problems encountered in cement production practice, the application of cement particle grading data analysis in adjusting and optimizing standard consistency demand, strength and powder selection efficiency were discussed. Practice shows that cement particle grading analysis plays an increasingly important role in cement production.

    According to the geological report of a potash mine in a foreign country, the drilling model and the combination of drilling samples is established. Based on this, a three-dimensional model and a grade model of the deposit were established. The power inverse ratio method and the ordinary Kriging method are respectively used to estimate the KCL grade of the potash mine, and the deposit reserves are respectively calculated based on the results of these two methods. The reserve's calculation results of two methods show that there is no significant difference between the two groups'data, which can be used in mining design and production management of the mine.

    The characteristics of KKK technology which characterized by the combined disposal of domestic garbage by mechanical grate furnace and cement kiln are introduced. The KKK technology is simple, doesn't need to pre-process the garbage, can fully utilize the slag, and doesn't cause secondary pollution. The combined disposal domestic garbage project which includes 250t/d mechanical grate furnace and 3 000t/d clinker cement production line is in the actual operation situation in Qianxi County. All technical indicators of the project have met the relevant requirements after testing.

    The present situation of high temperature flue gas treatment and high temperature dust removal technology in cement industry are briefly described. On the premise of ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system, the renovation of cooler electrostatic precipitator is discussed, as well as the programme that the SCR reactor for preheater is located before the waste heat boiler, the high temperature dust collector and SCR reactor are added. Through modification, the problems of bag burning risk of dust collector and wear of waste heat boiler at cooler can be solved, and the application limitation of SCR technology at preheater can also be solved.

    It introduces the transformation process of 5 000t/d kiln bag filter of CNBM Tianshan Cement Group. Through the comparison and selection , the transformation schemes of increasing the number of filter bags, increasing the filter area and adjusting the length of the bag is determined. Composite P84 membrane filter material is selected as the filter bag material, which has stable performance and high filtration efficiency in acidic waste gas and alkaline dust. After the transformation, it passed the assessment of the environmental protection department and achieved the design goal of low resistance, low emission and low energy consumption.

    This paper introduces the daily processing technology and inspection method of the die forging chain plate, and analyzes the problem that the traditional inspection method lacks the shape and position tolerance detection, the efficiency is low, the error is large, and the technical level of the user is high. Therefore, it have developed a combined inspection tool that can detect both the chain blank and the finished part, and has high quality and efficiency. The inspection tool can simultaneously detect the flatness of the chain blank, the square groove spacing, the relative position of the center hole, and the machining allowance. It is also possible to detect the parallelism and perpendicularity of the sleeve hole and the pin hole of the chain finishing part. It has the advantages of light weight, easy handling and convenient maintenance, and can meet the inspection work of large-volume products.
