Abstract Through the analysis of the cement particle grading data measured by the laser particle size analyzer, combined with the problems encountered in cement production practice, the application of cement particle grading data analysis in adjusting and optimizing standard consistency demand, strength and powder selection efficiency were discussed. Practice shows that cement particle grading analysis plays an increasingly important role in cement production.
