Abstract This paper briefly introduces the ICE roller mill intelligent control system and its components, and summarizes the raw roller grinding process and the main functions of the ICE roller mill intelligent control system. After the intelligent control system was used by Guangde South Cement Company , the company's mill feeding volume was increased by 10.2t/h , the main motor current increased by 4.9A, and the raw material power consumption decreased by 0.27kWh/t.
