Abstract This article introduces the process flow, main equipment and operation condition about domestic TRMK5341 vertical roller mill. Operating parameters of this vertical roller mill grinding system are better than contract requirements. This vertical roller mill is running smoothly, particle size distribution and water consumption of cement standard consistency for cement product are equivalent to ball mill, and the particle size distribution is wild. The power consumption of main motor, classifier and system fan for OPC is totally about 31.0kWh/t. which is less by 30%~40% than ball mill.
