Abstract Based on the analysis of the TRM mill swing-out mechanism, the solid modeling of the mechanism is carried out by using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks. By means of the analysis tool- Motion, motion simulation is carried out. The kinematic parameters of the Piston Rod driving the cylinder and the transmission angle of the upper rocker arm are obtained, and the output force of the roller cylinder is calculated, it provides a theoretical basis for the optimum design of the mechanism and the selection of the cylinder.
