    Motion Simulation Analysis of Swing-out Mechanism of Roller Mill   Collect

    Based on the analysis of the TRM mill swing-out mechanism, the solid modeling of the mechanism is carried out by using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks. By means of the analysis tool- Motion, motion simulation is carried out. The kinematic parameters of the Piston Rod driving the cylinder and the transmission angle of the upper rocker arm are obtained, and the output force of the roller cylinder is calculated, it provides a theoretical basis for the optimum design of the  mechanism and the selection of the cylinder.

    The multi tube air cooler at kiln hood has an simple structure and reliable operation. After optimization design, the air cooler not only ensures the heat exchange effect, but also reduces the equipment weight and running resistance, and prolongs the service life of the cooling pipe. It is especially suitable for the kiln exhaust gas cooling of clinker production line when there is no  waste heat power generation device installed.

    The new type double gas outlet cyclone and the common cyclone with similar gas volume are compared in terms of size, process flow, arrangement, inside gas flow rate, pressure loss and dust collection efficiency. For the new type double gas outlet cyclone, it has a big ratio of height to diameter, the equipment weight can be reduced by 28.9t, the process workshop structure can be reduced by 30.7%, and the pressure loss can be reduced by about 5%. For particles ≥24μm, the dust collection efficiency of both cyclones can reach 100%.

The auxiliary raw material storage yard, mixed material storage shed, mixed material transportation, coal transportation and other links of the new production line are highly mechanized, with high environmental protection standards, and each process is beautiful and has distinct features.

    This paper analyzes the current tall building construction methods. According to the structural characteristics of the preheater, the construction method of the preheater structure is determined. It introduces the demonstration, development and stereotyping of process of the preheater frame-shear structure construction method. Through the introduction of climbing formwork construction technology and the research of special construction equipment, a frame beam construction method suitable for the characteristics of cement projects has been formed. The new construction method greatly reduces the overall investment of the project, the safety is greatly improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    This paper introduces the features and functions of PPM in BIM platform. Using big data in BIM platform and rectifying man hour quantification constantly, the PPM accuracy will be higher. It elaborates the PPM hierarchical structure and WBS subitems weight. It also discusses PPM function extension by establishing connection with human resources, other key resources and materials of the project in BIM platform. PPM information and results in BIM platform can be input and output with various digital clients, so as to realize the visualization and automation of project progress management.

    A certain calcining system produces the corresponding lithofacies structure, By observing the typical mineral morphological characteristics and distribution of lithofacies structure of 4 samples collected from 3 cement plants,  problems in cement clinker calcining process, such as the rapid calcining,incomplete calcining,light calcining,reduction atmosphere calcinations ,were analyzed.After taking the corresponding improvement measures, better calcination effect was obtained.

    A 5 000t/d production line has a high content of sulfur and chlorine element , it needs to adopt by-pass system. The traditional Weber method is used to calculate the by-pass air volume, and a 10% by-pass system is set up, and the gas drawing point is set in front of the slope of the kiln inlet chamber. The heat loss of 10% ventilation is appropriate, the ash discharge is 20g/kg.cl, the crust at the end of kiln is weakened, the content of harmful components in clinker is greatly reduced, and the performance of clinker is improved.

    This paper introduces the two support kiln operation skills of the decomposing rate control of the raw meal, the fast burning of the thin material, the adjustment of the flame shape, the use of the bypass system, the control of the secondary air temperature and so on. It analyzes the causes of the problems in the two support kiln operation process, such as the shrinkage and skinning of the kiln inlet chamber, the frequent dropping of the kiln coating, the ring formation in the kiln, the raw meal burning in the clinker and the multi sheet clinker, and then introduces the corresponding treatment measures.

    Since the 5 000t/d cement clinker production line of a company was built and put into operation, there have been long-term problems such as high resistance of the pre-calcining system, high preheater outlet temperature and high standard coal consumption of clinker. In order to reduce the resistance and outlet temperature of the pre calcining system, save power and coal consumption, during the overhaul in 2019, the company carried out the technical transformation of energy saving and consumption reduction for the kiln system. After the transformation, the negative pressure at the primary outlet of the preheater is reduced to 4 500Pa, the outlet temperature is reduced to 270℃, the power consumption of clinker process is reduced to 25.78kW·h/t clinker, and the standard coal consumption is reduced to 104.43kg/t clinker, which is expected to save the company by about 13.6 million yuan every year.

    This paper introduces the process of technical transformation of wave screen and ring hammer crusher in raw coal crushing system. After modification, the discharge particle size of wave screen and ring hammer crusher is reduced from ≤ 30mm to ≤ 15mm. In addition to the driving part of the wave screen, not only the electric energy is saved, the purpose of "more broken and less grinding" is achieved, and the purchase cost of spare parts is saved, and the output of raw meal roller mill and coal mill is also increased.

    The waste heat recovery power station generator of cement plant is connected with the electrical distribution network of cement plant. The neutral grounding mode of waste heat recovery power station generator needs to be matched with the electrical distribution network of cement plant, to meet the requirements of grounding current. According to the domestic standard allowable value of grounding current of generator fault, the non-grounding mode of generator neutral point (i.e., grounding by lightning arrester) and grounding by arc suppression coil are analyzed and calculated. The selection and calculation method of neutral grounding mode of waste heat recovery power station generator in cement plant are illustrated by examples.

    Through comparing advantages and shortcomings between the original vacuum system and the air-cooled roots adding water-ring vacuum pump system, it aims to renovate condenser and water jet ejector system of deaerator by using the air-cooled roots adding water-ring vacuum pump system. Results show that air pumping efficiency has been improved and the vacuum degree has increased by 2.6kPa under the same industrial situation. Moreover, the generating capacity has rose by 520kW with significant economic benefits.

    During the production and operation, the discharge pipe was blocked by the collapsed refractory from the top of preheater C5 cyclone. On-site observation revealed that there was serious anchor corrosion in the integrated area with refractory materials. Research analysis was conducted on anchor corrosion, quality control during refractory material construction, process design and production operation, and it turned out that serious high temperature corrosion on anchor was caused by high chlorine in its environment and high construction quality would help isolate chlorine from the anchors as well.

    In this paper, the application of refractory in nearly 100 cement rotary kilns is investigated, and the new c-brick standard case is analyzed, which shows that it can prolong the service life of refractory in kilns. If the mechanical stress of the kiln system is eliminated, the construction scheme of the kiln outlet at the key position is optimized and the daily production process is effectively controlled, the operation quality of the rotary kiln will be greatly improved.
