The Application of a New Type Double Gas Outlet Cyclone in the Raw Material Grinding System

Abstract The new type double gas outlet cyclone and the common cyclone with similar gas volume are compared in terms of size, process flow, arrangement, inside gas flow rate, pressure loss and dust collection efficiency. For the new type double gas outlet cyclone, it has a big ratio of height to diameter, the equipment weight can be reduced by 28.9t, the process workshop structure can be reduced by 30.7%, and the pressure loss can be reduced by about 5%. For particles ≥24μm, the dust collection efficiency of both cyclones can reach 100%.
