Abstract In this paper, the application of refractory in nearly 100 cement rotary kilns is investigated, and the new c-brick standard case is analyzed, which shows that it can prolong the service life of refractory in kilns. If the mechanical stress of the kiln system is eliminated, the construction scheme of the kiln outlet at the key position is optimized and the daily production process is effectively controlled, the operation quality of the rotary kiln will be greatly improved.
