Abstract This paper analyzes the current tall building construction methods. According to the structural characteristics of the preheater, the construction method of the preheater structure is determined. It introduces the demonstration, development and stereotyping of process of the preheater frame-shear structure construction method. Through the introduction of climbing formwork construction technology and the research of special construction equipment, a frame beam construction method suitable for the characteristics of cement projects has been formed. The new construction method greatly reduces the overall investment of the project, the safety is greatly improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
