Study on Neutral Grounding Method of Waste Heat Recovery Power Station Generatorin Cement Plant

Abstract The waste heat recovery power station generator of cement plant is connected with the electrical distribution network of cement plant. The neutral grounding mode of waste heat recovery power station generator needs to be matched with the electrical distribution network of cement plant, to meet the requirements of grounding current. According to the domestic standard allowable value of grounding current of generator fault, the non-grounding mode of generator neutral point (i.e., grounding by lightning arrester) and grounding by arc suppression coil are analyzed and calculated. The selection and calculation method of neutral grounding mode of waste heat recovery power station generator in cement plant are illustrated by examples.
