Abstract Fluorite tailings contain 15% ~ 20% calcium fluoride. During clinker calcination, adding a certain proportion of fluorite tailings can obviously prolong clinker setting time, the initial setting time of clinker is prolonged from 85 ~ 95min to 205 ~ 304min, and the final setting time is prolonged from 130 ~ 150min to 267 ~ 387min. At the same time, the burnability of raw meal is improved, the production of retarded clinker is stabilized, the cement performance is optimized, and the performance requirements of retarded cement for special projects are met.
