A New Way to Upgrade Cooler of 2 500t/d Cement Clinker Line

The cooler of the 2 500t/d cement clinker line, shows problems after several years running. The temperature of clinker out of cooler is higher, the temperature of secondary and tertiary air is lower, and the efficiency of heat recovery is lower. Then it keeps the upper and lower cases, reforms the inner of cooler with SINO-WALK grate, drive devices and end roller crusher. The output and heat recovery efficiency are significantly improved. The temperature of clinker out of cooler is 90~95℃, and the heat recovery efficiency is 74.9%. The process parameters reach the advanced level in the same scale production lines in China.

This paper briefly introduces the design and function of SIMATIC PCS 7 automatic control system. A 110t/h cement grinding production line project adopts PROFIBUS DP and Modbus communication mode to exchange data with DCS system. The developed HMI can realize data acquisition, data monitoring, alarm record, equipment operation, process parameter modification, event record, trend archive and other functions. The system runs stably and has strong processing ability, the hardware and software of DCS system can be expanded flexibly.

After the rotary kiln is overhauled, the original fittings are worn to varying degrees, and the big gear ring vibrates after starting, so the kiln requires to be stopped for adjustment. According to the measured data of each gear elevation and big gear ring, the rotary kiln is adjusted. After adjustment, the rotary kiln runs smoothly, the vibration values of the pinion in axial, horizontal and vertical directions are all ≯2.5mm, and the temperature of the roller shoe in each gear is stable between 38℃ and 43℃.

In this paper, the transformational scheme of MFC decomposition furnace & 5-stage single series cyclone preheater system is introduced. The scheme adopts self-reducing denitrification technology and adjusts the access position of 3rd-air pipes and the feeding position of C4 cyclone tube. In addition, this scheme also adopts the heavy hammer compression kiln tail seal, and the energy-saving strong swirly flow into the furnace combustion device without external air. After the transformation, due to the lower resistance of system, the average power consumption is reduced by 1.62kW·h/t.cl, the standard-coal consumption reduced by 3.15kg/t.cl, and the NOx emission value controlled less than 100mg/Nm3, which meets the emission requirement.

It greatly improved the accuracy of the calculation of quantities, calculation accuracy and computational efficiency.

Fluorite tailings contain 15% ~ 20% calcium fluoride. During clinker calcination, adding a certain proportion of fluorite tailings can obviously prolong clinker setting time, the initial setting time of clinker is prolonged from 85 ~ 95min to 205 ~ 304min, and the final setting time is prolonged from 130 ~ 150min to 267 ~ 387min. At the same time, the burnability of raw meal is improved, the production of retarded clinker is stabilized, the cement performance is optimized, and the performance requirements of retarded cement for special projects are met.

At present, the thermal parameters of high temperature and high pressure are widely used in the small-scale coal-fired power plants below 50MW. The engineering examples show that the overall efficiency of the power station can be further improved, and the coal consumption and operation cost can be reduced by using the parameters of the high temperature and ultra high pressure primary reheating system in the small coal-fired power station below 50MW. Compared with the traditional high temperature and high pressure system, the system efficiency, coal consumption, operating costs, investment payback period and other indicators are greatly improved.
