    Application of Domestic TRMS4531 Vertical Roller Mill for Nickel Slag Grinding   Collect

    This article introduces the process flow, main equipment and operation condition about TRMS4531 vertical roller mill for nickel slag grinding. Operating parameters of this vertical roller mill grinding system are better than contract requirements. This vertical roller mill is running smoothly with wild particle size distribution and activity index of nickel slag product for 28d can meet the requirements of the national standard S75. The power consumption for total grinding system is about 38.5kW·h/t, 30%~40% less than ball mill, which has a significant energy saving effect.

    The cooler of the 2 500t/d cement clinker line, shows problems after several years running. The temperature of clinker out of cooler is higher, the temperature of secondary and tertiary air is lower, and the efficiency of heat recovery is lower. Then it keeps the upper and lower cases, reforms the inner of cooler with SINO-WALK grate, drive devices and end roller crusher. The output and heat recovery efficiency are significantly improved. The temperature of clinker out of cooler is 90~95℃, and the heat recovery efficiency is 74.9%. The process parameters reach the advanced level in the same scale production lines in China.

    The oretical derivation and experimental verification are utilized to calculate the power required for the operation of the rotary kiln with large shrinkage mouth at the kiln head, the residence time of materials and the filling coefficient, and the motor power of the rotary kiln is determined. Compared with the original rotary kiln, the new rotary kiln has a significant reduction in motor power selection and remarkable energy saving and consumption reduction effect under the condition of increasing rotating speed and feeding amount.

    This paper briefly introduces the design and function of SIMATIC PCS 7 automatic control system. A 110t/h cement grinding production line project adopts PROFIBUS DP and Modbus communication mode to exchange data with DCS system. The developed HMI can realize data acquisition, data monitoring, alarm record, equipment operation, process parameter modification, event record, trend archive and other functions. The system runs stably and has strong processing ability, the hardware and software of DCS system can be expanded flexibly.

    After the rotary kiln is overhauled, the original fittings are worn to varying degrees, and the big gear ring vibrates after starting, so the kiln requires to be stopped for adjustment. According to the measured data of each gear elevation and big gear ring, the rotary kiln is adjusted. After adjustment, the rotary kiln runs smoothly, the vibration values of the pinion in axial, horizontal and vertical directions are all ≯2.5mm, and the temperature of the roller shoe in each gear is stable between 38℃ and 43℃.

    The paper summarized crushing chamber optimizations of our cone crusher products, including concave fixture with deformation compensation and mantle installation without back liner, which simplified replacement processes of cone crusher chamber significantly. Additionally, labyrinth seal and floating ring ball seal are used for dustproof system improvement, enhancing sealing ability and lubrication condition of main shaft bearings, leading to longer service life of dustproof system.

    This paper introduces the magnesia process of the flue gas desulfurization for heating boiler. The pH value of magnesia process is between 6.0~6.5, the desulfurization efficiency can reach 95% ~ 98%. It has high desulfurization efficiency, and low investment and operation cost. After the project's operation, the SO2 emission concentration is reduced to 35mg/Nm3, and the dust emission concentration <10mg/Nm3, it has obvious economic benefit and high environmental benefit.

    This paper introduces a technical transformation scheme of lime wet desulfurization using existing humidification tower equipment of production line. The revamp can be opened flexibly according to the shutdown plan of raw mill and SO2 emission, with less investment and obvious desulfurization effect. After the revamping, the sulfur dioxide emission of the raw mill decreased from 189~225mg/m3  to 40 ~60mg/m3 , and there was no environmental failure phenomenon according to the standard. In the past two years, the tower has not been adversely affected by the wet desulfurization.

    LFGM128-2×8 plenum pulse bag filter for cement mill is equipped in a 5 000t/d cement clinker production line in Shanxi. The operation resistance is more than 3 000Pa and the dust emission concentration is more than 30mg/Nm3, which unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection. After specific analysis of operating conditions and structural characteristics, the original basis was used to change the plenum pulse bag filter into the long bag low pressure pulse bag filter, and the dust emission concentration was less than 10mg/Nm3, the operation resistance was less than 1 000Pa, which met the ultra-low emission requirements.

    In this paper, the transformational scheme of MFC decomposition furnace & 5-stage single series cyclone preheater system is introduced. The scheme adopts self-reducing denitrification technology and adjusts the access position of 3rd-air pipes and the feeding position of C4 cyclone tube. In addition, this scheme also adopts the heavy hammer compression kiln tail seal, and the energy-saving strong swirly flow into the furnace combustion device without external air. After the transformation, due to the lower resistance of system, the average power consumption is reduced by 1.62kW·h/t.cl, the standard-coal consumption reduced by 3.15kg/t.cl, and the NOx emission value controlled less than 100mg/Nm3, which meets the emission requirement.

    This paper introduces an intelligent lighting system configuration in cement plants. The system is mainly composed of every sub lighting system such for electrical rooms, main production departments, CCR, office buildings, plant roads and etc., and with centralized management based on a unified platform. It is an open type system and compatible with other control equipment or system via standard industrial communication bus. This intelligent lighting system greatly improves the plant lighting quality, lighting management level and effectively saves lighting energy.

    The paper analyzes the project cost at the problems existing in the work, introduces a 3d model based on BIM technology integration (3D), the construction schedule (4D), the cost (5D) in the integration of new engineering cost management pattern, which can realize overall planning at the beginning of the project's preliminary quotation, change management of ongoing projects, economic indicators of the project controls, project measurement payment, etc. In construction process, contract, schedule, cost, quality, safety and other information can be integrated into BIM platform, form an integrated engineering digital information base, the participants in each stage can utilize all kinds of engineering information in real time and efficiently as needed. It greatly improved the accuracy of the calculation of quantities, calculation accuracy and computational efficiency.

    The identification and classification criteria of expansive soil in China, America, France and India are introduced. For Chinese, American, French and Indian code, free swelling ratio, multiple methods, swelling pressure and multi-index comprehensive method is adopted respectively. Meanwhile, the construction methods such as micro pile, short pile and stress offset method for foundation engineering in expansive soil area under different identification and classification criteria are presented.

    Fluorite tailings contain 15% ~ 20% calcium fluoride. During clinker calcination, adding a certain proportion of fluorite tailings can obviously prolong clinker setting time, the initial setting time of clinker is prolonged from 85 ~ 95min to 205 ~ 304min, and the final setting time is prolonged from 130 ~ 150min to 267 ~ 387min. At the same time, the burnability of raw meal is improved, the production of retarded clinker is stabilized, the cement performance is optimized, and the performance requirements of retarded cement for special projects are met.

    The chemical composition of coal gangue and clay stripped from mine was analyzed. The coal gangue and clay stripped from mine were used as silica-alumina correction materials for raw meal proportioning and burnability test, and the proportioning scheme for producing low alkali cement was determined. The alkali content of clinker produced is stable at about 0.4%, the alkali content of low-alkali cement produced is stable at about 0.5%, and the addition amount of cement mixture is increased to about 16%, which not only utilizes waste residue, but also solves the problem of stacking stripped clay in mines.

    The communication modules of control panel and main control cabinet of five hydraulic stations of the roller mill in a cement plant frequently fails with communication fault, which leads to stoppage of cement mill. During handling, the communication module must be powered off and restarted to resume operation, but it seriously affects mill production in such way. By using Phoenix distribution frame, connecting the ground wire from the main control PLC cabinet and replacing the communication module of the main control cabinet, the communication fault of the oil station is solved.

    In order to meet the rapid loading requirements of on-line automatic loading robot for bagged cement, an automatic two-way diversion chute device for bagged cement is designed. The composition and working principle of the mechanism are analyzed, and the movement of bagged cement in the automatic two-way diversion chute device is simulated by using Edem software. The field application shows that the overall structure design of the device is reasonable and can meet the loading requirements of 3 000 bags of cement per hour.

    The causes of frequent jam and fracture of the tertiary air gate valve used are analyzed. By taking measures including increasing the opening of the tertiary air gate valve, changing the frame design of the tertiary air gate valve, laying protective bricks and removing the card slots on both sides, the tertiary gate valve has never been bent and broken again, and the stutter phenomenon has not occurred in the process of regulation. The replacement time of the tertiary air valve has been extended from the original maximum 6 months to 18 months, thus reducing cost and increasing efficiency.

    There is a large amount of accumulated material in the cement silo of the second dry process plant of a company, which makes it difficult to clear the silo and has a high risk factor. After analyzing the causes of cement caking in the silo, the compressed air pipeline was erected at the unloading port by adopting the compressed air assisted discharge technology, and the compressed air was used for unloading to keep the cement flowing at the unloading port, thus solving the problem of long-term accumulation and caking of cement in the cement silo.

    At present, the thermal parameters of high temperature and high pressure are widely used in the small-scale coal-fired power plants below 50MW. The engineering examples show that the overall efficiency of the power station can be further improved, and the coal consumption and operation cost can be reduced by using the parameters of the high temperature and ultra high pressure primary reheating system in the small coal-fired power station below 50MW. Compared with the traditional high temperature and high pressure system, the system efficiency, coal consumption, operating costs, investment payback period and other indicators are greatly improved.
