The configuration of TRM53.4 raw material mill is introduced, and the existing problems are analyzed. Through the optimization and upgrading of the separator, cyclone, wind ring and mill seal, the mill output increased by 60 ~ 70t/h, increased by 13% ~ 17%, and the power consumption of the main engine and fan decreased by 1.26kW·h/t, decreased by 8%. The system runs stably and achieves the expected goal, which provides an effective technical scheme for increasing the output and reducing the consumption of the raw mill.

Compared with the production line of the same scale, the 2 500 t/d production line of the company has large system resistance and high energy consumption. In view of this situation, through the optimization and improvement of the tertiary air duct, the inlet of the four and five stage cyclone of the preheater, the optimization and adjustment of the calciner burner and other key links, the resistance and consumption are reduced, with an annual saving of about 1 056 t standard coal and 172×104 kW·h power.

After the increase of clinker production, there are some problems in the kiln inlet chamber, such as small cross-sectional area of ventilation, high gas velocity, large resistance and secondary dust of materials entering the kiln. By adopting measures including expanding the volume of the flue gas chamber and adjusting the slope angle, the negative pressure of the flue gas chamber is reduced by 200 Pa, the output of the kiln system is increased by 200 t/d, and the standard coal consumption of clinker burning is reduced by about 0.92 kg / t, the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
