Abstract This paper introduces a simple method for estimating the cycle load of roller press system, and analyzes the causes of energy waste caused by material temperature rise under high cycle load. Hyperbolic feeding device can make the roller press system feed inlet circumferential, axial around no pressure relief leakage, cycle load can seek the best balance between high yield and low consumption or switch on demand, accurate control.
