Abstract LFGM128-2×8 plenum pulse bag filter for cement mill is equipped in a 5 000t/d cement clinker production line in Shanxi. The operation resistance is more than 3 000Pa and the dust emission concentration is more than 30mg/Nm3, which unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection. After specific analysis of operating conditions and structural characteristics, the original basis was used to change the plenum pulse bag filter into the long bag low pressure pulse bag filter, and the dust emission concentration was less than 10mg/Nm3, the operation resistance was less than 1 000Pa, which met the ultra-low emission requirements.
