Abstract Compared with the production line of the same scale, the 2 500 t/d production line of the company has large system resistance and high energy consumption. In view of this situation, through the optimization and improvement of the tertiary air duct, the inlet of the four and five stage cyclone of the preheater, the optimization and adjustment of the calciner burner and other key links, the resistance and consumption are reduced, with an annual saving of about 1 056 t standard coal and 172×104 kW·h power.
