Abstract This paper sums up the management experience of cement engineering construction projects, and puts forward some suggestions on doing well the management of large-scale engineering construction projects from the aspects of establishing project headquarters, doing well the scheme demonstration, selecting construction methods, selecting project construction cooperation units and supervision units, and doing well the completion acceptance work, etc.
