Starting from several aspects such as comprehensively weighing the design schemes, fully considering the structural characteristics of cement plant, reasonably determining the influencing factors and applicable scope of the structural technology, rationally selecting the boundary value, and correctly understanding the structural standards, this article analyzes the influencing factors for the selection of structural design schemes of cement plant and briefly introduces the general methods, objective function methods and comprehensive selection methods, presents the method for the selection of structural design key schemes of cement plant, such as foundations , structural systems ,etc.

With the increase of service life of the bag filter at kiln tail, the equipment body will show different degrees of corrosion under the action of the flue gas. Aiming at the corrosion problem of the bag filter, the mechanism of corrosion is analyzed. The results show that chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion caused by the condensation of corrosive substances in the low-temperature flue gas are the main reasons for the corrosion. Measures such as reducing the emission of corrosive gases, reducing the air leakage rate, keeping the dust collector insulated, and adopting high-quality anti-corrosion coatings can increase the service life of the bag filter and ensure the normal operation of the system.

Causes for the high fineness, moisture content and power consumption of the pulverized coal preparation are analyzed. By optimizing the air duct of the coal mill, changing the lock air valve, adjusting the length of drying bin and grinding bin, the capacity the coal mill is increased by 3.5t/h and the moisture is reduced by 1.0%, the fineness is controlled to below 6%.
