Abstract The secondary development of the high-span beam bottom support formwork equipment for the concrete preheater structure is carried out. The high-span beam bottom support system is divided into three parts: formwork truss support device, end support and installation height adjustment device, and self-disassembly device. The system has the functions of complete assembly and disassembly and self-demolition, which effectively simplifies the construction operation and construction process, improves the construction efficiency, improves the working environment, and is conducive to the use of advanced construction techniques for the construction of high and large span beam structures.
