Abstract Combined with the design and commissioning experience of Profibus-PA bus of a project in UAE, this paper summarizes the points for attention of Profibus-PA bus design, communication configuration, and on-site interference handling in cement plant. The actual on-site inspection shows that the system is running stably, and the measurement data can accurately reflect the actual production situation.
