Abstract This paper introduces the source and composition of construction waste，as well as the policies and regulations to promote construction waste disposal industry. It also analyzes the current resource utilization ratio, relevant technology and industry scenario in China. It is suggested to improve the policies and regulations on the recycling disposal of construction waste, and give leading enterprises full play in the industrial scale production, big data management, and healthy and rapid development of the industry.
