Abstract During the operation of coal mill bag dust collector, several non ventilation faults occurred continuously, and the inlet and outlet pressure difference suddenly increased, which seriously affected the production of coal mill. By reforming the lift valve and pulse valve gas circuit of bag dust collector, replacing the air source triplet, replacing the output signal point of pulse PLC and pulse relay, the non ventilation fault has not occurred again in the operation of coal mill bag dust collector.
