This paper introduces the large raw meal roller press finish grinding system developed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design&Research Institute, which adopts newly developed equipment and technology, such as large raw meal roller press, new combined seperator, low-resistance and high-efficiency cyclone, high-efficiency fan, and intelligent control technology. The optimal system power consumption is only 9.1kW·h/t, and the average power consumption is reduced to 12.0kW·h/t, which has obvious advantages in energy saving.

By 3D modeling and finite element analysis, the analogue simulation on force analysis of bearing in detail is carried out. The position of fatigue is pointed out and the cause is analyzed. Finally, using the L-P bearing fatigue life theory and rolling bearing fatigue life correction method, under the standard working conditions, considering the bearing ambient temperature, bearing material performance, lubrication, impact load and so on, the fatigue life of bearing is calculated, which provides theoretical guidance for life prediction and fault warning of large vertical grinding equipment in industry.

The influencing factors of carbon emissions during cement production are analyzed, and a simple calculation method of element conservation to calculate carbon emissions is proposed in combination with the clinker and cement preparation process. A comparative analysis is made with the current and trial cement greenhouse gas emission accounting methods. Improving energy efficiency, upgrading green environmental protection equipment, and developing alternative fuel technologies are very practical measures to reduce pollution and carbon in recent years, supplemented by new energy technologies, carbon capture, and carbon utilization, which are expected to promote the realization of "carbon neutrality" in the cement industry.

The original dehydration unit covers a large area, complex process and inconvenient maintenance. The improved dehydration unit has the advantages of compact layout, small area, convenient maintenance and low cost of construction, operation and maintenance.

When using glass fiber filter cartridge as relatively high-temperature particulate matter collection material in ultra-low emission flue gas monitoring, the detection results of particulate matter concentration may be inaccurate or negative. Selecting the same batch of filter cartridges for parallel experiments, the weight loss of glass fiber filter cartridges under different temperatures and cooling conditions were studied and the reasons for influencing the constant weight of filter cartridges were analyzed. The results showed that drying time, drying temperature and storage environment may influence the constant weight of filter cartridges. Based on the above, the feasible pretreatment method of filter cartridges was proposed.

Based on "low NOX burner + staged combustion +SNCR", through source control, post-emission management, whole system intelligent process control, whole process refined operation control and other measures, the cement clinker production line denitrification transformation was carried out. After modification, the nitrogen oxide emission concentration is less than 50mg/m3, ammonia slip is less than 8mg/m3, ammonia consumption is about 0.85m3/h, and the clinker ammonia consumption is 3.96kg/t.clinker, achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction and ultra-low NOX emission.

During the operation of coal mill bag dust collector, several non ventilation faults occurred continuously, and the inlet and outlet pressure difference suddenly increased, which seriously affected the production of coal mill. By reforming the lift valve and pulse valve gas circuit of bag dust collector, replacing the air source triplet, replacing the output signal point of pulse PLC and pulse relay, the non ventilation fault has not occurred again in the operation of coal mill bag dust collector.
