Abstract It introduces the energy management system based on power data acquisition gateway. The SCADA system in the CCR collects the power data of each electrical room by the Ethernet protocol gateway. After being processed by the SCADA data analysis system, it will be provided to the production management department as the basis for production scheduling. The system has the advantages of simple layout, high reliability, perfect security mechanism, flexible expansion, high efficiency and low cost.
