Abstract This paper introduces the large raw meal roller press finish grinding system developed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design＆Research Institute, which adopts newly developed equipment and technology, such as large raw meal roller press, new combined seperator, low-resistance and high-efficiency cyclone, high-efficiency fan, and intelligent control technology. The optimal system power consumption is only 9.1kW·h/t, and the average power consumption is reduced to 12.0kW·h/t, which has obvious advantages in energy saving.
