Abstract The bearing housing of roller press needs to be welded in the manufacturing process, and the welding residual stress is very harmful to the strength, fatigue life and structural deformation of the member, so it is necessary to eliminate the welding residual stress of the bearing block. The technology of vibratory stress relief is simple operation, short time, low cost, energy saving and high efficiency, the stress relief rate of the bearing seat treated by vibro-aging technology is 52.91%, which can completely meet the requirements of JG/T 5426-2005 standard to achieve the stress relief above 30%.
