    This paper introduces the working principle of high pressure roller mill, vertical roller mill and HORO Mill, and the industrial application status of cement bed finished grinding system, prospects the future development prospect of cement bed finished grinding system. The cement bed finished grinding system has the advantages of simple process and low power consumption, which is the best cement grinding system with energy saving effect at present.

    The technical transformation schemes and effects of ultra-low emission for the cement rotary kiln were introduced from stability the quality of raw materials and fuel, upgrade and maintenance of the equipment, technology of optimized grading combustion, application of high efficiency and intelligent denitration system, etc. Since May 2021, the kiln system has been operating stably. The initial value of NOX has been successfully reduced to 820mg/Nm3, the NOX emission has been controlled at lower than 50mg/Nm3, and the total daily discharge of pollutants is controlled at 612kg/d. The average usage of ammonia is 0.6~1.0m3/h and the concentration of ammonia escape is controlled less than 8mg/Nm3.

    n order to find out the mainly sources of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ) and the total chromium for cement, it measured the contents of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ) and the total chromium for the cement production process, including the raw materials, cement kiln calcination, cement grinding and other links. The results showed that water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ) mainly comes from the calcination stage of cement kiln; collaborative disposal will increase the total chromium content, so it is necessary to reasonably control the collaborative disposal amount; the contents of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ) and the total chromium in the mixture should be detected regularly to avoid the content of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ) and the total chromium exceeding the set value.

    Cyclone and nozzle are important parts of multi-channel burner. Their parameters directly determine the performance of burner. The effects of swirl angle and number of nozzles on burner performance are studied by numerical simulation of cyclone and nozzle with FLUENT method. The results can be used in the design of the burner to optimize the performance of the burner, improve the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, adjust the flame shape more flexibly and ensure the calcination effect of clinker.

    It Introduced a kind of "Double-fan" grinding system which includes the vertical roller mill, high efficiency of Hurriclon cyclone, circulating fan and specialized hot gas generator, and an additionally equip of a by-passed small bag filter to purify the emission gas. In the "Double-fan" grinding system, it makes use of the high efficiency Hurriclon cyclone to collect the production and the collecting efficiency could be reached more than 95%; the specialized hot gas generator utilizes the recirculation gas for cooling down but not the ambient air to save the energy; at the same time, the system can realize self-desulfurization and denitrification. The "Double-fan" system has the advantages of less exhaust of gas emissions, low energy consumption, low maintenance cost, small area occupation which has been applied in numbers of new production lines and the old production line retrofitting. It is a kind of technical innovation grinding system of high efficiency, green and energy-saving.

    The monitoring platform for motor fault diagnosis is established, and then the characteristics of electrical signals of different motor faults are analyzed. Two motors in plants of Yichang and Jinghong were used for comparative tests. The former motor in Yichang showed the frequency peaks of -36.08dB at 49.2Hz and of -37.23dB at 50.8Hz, showing that the motor has a broken rotor bar fault; the latter motor in Jinghong has a rotor signature when the frequency peak appears of -58.47dB at 113.51Hz, showing that the motor has a static eccentricity fault. With the rotor pulling out at the time, the evaluation results of the motor status given by the motor fault diagnosis platform is verified, and confirms the accuracy of the motor fault diagnosis technology based on the analysis of electrical signal analysis.

    The discharge gap between the hammer and the impact plate of the impact crusher is an important operating parameter, which has an important impact on the gradation of the finished aggregate. By adjusting the linear speed, rotational speed and discharge gas of the impact crusher, the variation principle of the finished aggregate gradation under the condition of different discharge gas is studied. The results can be used to guide the production of coarse aggregate by the impact crusher.

    The bearing housing of roller press needs to be welded in the manufacturing process, and the welding residual stress is very harmful to the strength, fatigue life and structural deformation of the member, so it is necessary to eliminate the welding residual stress of the bearing block. The technology of vibratory stress relief is simple operation, short time, low cost, energy saving and high efficiency, the stress relief rate of the bearing seat treated by vibro-aging technology is 52.91%, which can completely meet the requirements of JG/T 5426-2005 standard to achieve the stress relief above 30%.

    After the rotary kiln has been running for a long time, due to wear, the surface of the supporting roller appears to be abnormal, dented, dropped, and the cylindricity drops, which affects the normal axial movement of the rotary kiln. Through on-line repair of rotary kiln supporting roller, turning and grinding tools were designed and manufactured, and the surface of the supporting rollers was repaired online without stopping the kiln, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the rotary kiln.

    Measures to Reduce Cement Caking in the Silo   Collect

    This paper studied the reason of the cement caking in cement silo related to the production process. The results show that high moisture content of the supplementary material and excessive moisture brought into during the processes of production, transportation and storage increased the caking. The cement caking can be sharply reduced by strengthening the storage management of raw materials, preventing the intrusion of moisture and controlling the cement grinding strictly. In addition, the well situation of sealing and thermal insulating of conveying equipment, reasonable storage time and the application of nano materials in the straight and slope segment of cement silo are the prerequisite to decrease the caking and improve the outbound efficiency significantly.

    The selection basis of on-line element analyzer and its technical advantages in quality control of cement production are introduced. After using the on-line element analyzer, the raw meal composition can be detected once per minute, the qualified rate of both the grinding clinker KH and the kiln clinker can be greatly increased, the kiln condition is stable, and the clinker strength can be improved by about 1.7MPa.

    This paper introduces the clinker firing, cement making, storage and delivery of G grade high sulfate resistant oil well cement. According to the mineral composition proportion of  G grade high sulfate resistant oil well cement stipulated in GB/T 10238 "Oil Well Cement", the primary combustion material for producing oil well cement is selected, the corresponding rate value and production requirements of clinker are determined, and the quality of raw material is strictly controlled and the quality control in the production process is well done.

    Compared with the traditional limestone batching production line, the calcium carbide slag batching production line has poor stability of the kiln system, and the problems of system crusting and ring formation are more prominent. Analysis and research have found the main factors affecting the rotary kiln ring formation. By using low-alkali fly ash to replace part of the high-alkali raw materials, the sulfur-alkali ratio of the clinker is controlled between 0.75 and 0.90, the 100% calcium carbide slag batching rotary kiln production system has reached the normal operation standard, and the problem of rotary kiln ring formation has been solved.

    The DCS control system of waste heat generator unit was Siemens PCS 7, and the DEH control system was on European NETWORK 6000+ and iFIX architecture. Since the two systems have been running, the hardware is gradually aging, which causes the operating system to become unstable. PCS 7 system is not suitable for Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating system. DCS and DEH control systems are independent, which is inconvenient for system operation and maintenance. There is an urgent need for upgrading. The new control system NT6000 V4 realizes the integrated operation of DCS and DEH. The operation for more than one year shows that the system is safe, stable and reliable. The domestic software is easy to learn, easy to maintain, and also convenient and efficient.
