Abstract The selection basis of on-line element analyzer and its technical advantages in quality control of cement production are introduced. After using the on-line element analyzer, the raw meal composition can be detected once per minute, the qualified rate of both the grinding clinker KH and the kiln clinker can be greatly increased, the kiln condition is stable, and the clinker strength can be improved by about 1.7MPa.
