The financing models such as export credit, forfaiting and accounts receivable factoring are proposed for cement plant construction projects. The actual use of market operation has effectively promoted the signing of project contracts of cement engineering construction enterprises, played the financing function and value role of financial work, and greatly improved the market competitiveness of enterprises.
