This ?6m×90m rotary kiln equipment was imported from abroad for the 10 000t/d cement clinker production line. There were problems such as vibration at the middle foundation, wave veins on the surface of the supporting roller and tyre, easy falling of refractory bricks near the middle support, and limited kiln speed. The above problems were solved by returning the tyre and thrust roller to the factory for processing, replacing the kiln shell sections of serious thinning and deformation, and realigning the center line of the kiln shell. The driving device of the rotary kiln was replaced, which improved the power of the main motor and the running speed of the kiln. The cross section of kiln hood is increased. The kiln was equipped with the optimized inlet sealing device, hinged kiln hood door, forced circulating lubrication and cooling device for supporting roller bearing, and automatic spray lubrication system for the pads under the tyre. The sealing and lubrication effect have been improved, and the long-term stable operation have been better guaranteed. After upgrade, the rotary kiln equipment runs stably and the transformation goal is achieved.

This paper introduces four effective ways to improve the quality of mechanical equipment products: optimizing product design, optimizing product manufacturing process, strengthening product inspection and supervision, and improving product painting and packaging. By selecting the appropriate roller table of the roller mill, selecting the appropriate rotor structure of the powder concentrator, and paying attention to the interference fit effect between the roller shaft and the roller sleeve of the roller press, the equipment performance indicators are optimized. Through the use of robot welding work station, the performance of processing equipment is improved by using numerical control drilling machine tools. The controllability of the product manufacturing process is improved by preparing the product quality inspection plan (QCP), specifying the special terms of the technical text of the contract, controlling the equipment inspection time node, grasping the supervision method, etc. Product appearance and packaging quality is achieved by improving coating materials, coating methods and product packaging.

This paper introduces the unloading and loading process and bulk loader, processes flow of water dedusting system, model selection calculation and control system of the machine-made sand warehouse in the aggregate production line, and compares the water dust removal system with the bag dust removal system. The actual use effect shows that when the "spraying + dry fog" water dust removal process is adopted, the water dust removal system is a mechanical and electrical integrated automatic control system, which can be interlocked with the loading system. It has the purging function, which can realize the pipeline emptying and purging in winter, automatically adjust the atomization amount of the nozzle, and accurately control the moisture content of the material. The investment of water dust removal system is relatively small, and the installed power and power consumption are relatively low. It is a beneficial supplement to the existing dust removal process of mechanical sand storage, and can improve the dust pollution control level of aggregate enterprises.

Failure Analysis of Fan Vibration Shutdown Caused by Abnormal Inverter Output

In cement production practice, the axial vibration value of bearing pedestal of a 280kW high pressure circulating fan suddenly raised, and the abnormal noise at the coupling increased. After taking measures including replacing the fan bearing, aligning the motor and fan, and cleaning the dust on the impeller, the fan vibration value has not recovered to the normal value. Through the mechanical and electrical aspects, the causes of equipment failures are investigated. It is determined that the trigger of A1 power unit inverter in the inverter is not in place, the three-phase output current of the inverter is unbalanced, and the coupling is not synchronized. After replacing the A1 power unit, the three-phase current output is balanced, and the fan vibration value returns to the normal level.

Effect of Co-processing Hazardous Solid Waste with Cement Kiln Conditions

In this study, it introduced the process flow of solid state system for the pretreatment of hazardous solid waste in cement kiln. Meanwhile, it analyzed the relationship between the moisture, calorific value and disposal amount of hazardous solid waste and the cement kiln gas, coal, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide, to reveal the effect of hazardous solid waste in kiln on energy consumption and nitrogen oxide emissions in cement kiln by practical industrial test. Results showed that the kiln coal feeding is the main reason for the impact of nitrogen oxide emissions, and the kiln coal feeding amount gradually decreased with the increased of hazardous solid waste calorific value. The emission of nitrogen oxide can be effectively decreased by the disposal of overhaul slag and precipitator dust in cement kiln. When the monthly disposal amount of hazardous solid waste is 1 000t, the standard coal consumption of clinker was reduced by 3.21kg/t. In the actual operation process, in order to achieve a disposal capacity of 4t/h without creating a reducing atmosphere,the content of hazardous solid waste chloride ion in the kiln should be controlled below 1% and the alkali content should be controlled below 4%. Under this control index, the average enrichment rate of chloride cycle in kiln system is 51%.

Study on Admixture for Improving Fluidity of Cement Powder

Through mineral analysis and thermogravimetric analysis of cement samples with lamellar agglomerations on the wall of cement reservoir, spherical agglomerations in cement reservoir and normal grinding cement samples, it was verified that syngenite was the main cause of cement agglomerations. At the same time, early hydration of cement would aggravate cement agglomerations. Therefore, on the basis of common mobile admixture, the use of hydroxyethyl acrylate surfactant and alcohol amine admixture mixture, adjust the appropriate formula and dosage, improve the development of a new type of mobile cement admixture. The experimental results show that the admixture can effectively improve the fluidity of cement powder and prevent cement accumulation, and has no effect on the physical properties of cement.
