Development and Application of TRMS66.4 Large Slag Roller Mill

The design and development of the TRMS66.4 slag roller mill and the technological characteristics of the slag grinding system are introduced. TRMS66.4 mill adopts high-efficiency cage-shaped structure separator, which has high sorting efficiency; adopts modular design to realize multiple combinations and improve design efficiency; and uses ductile iron, which can improve quality of product; adopts finite element analysis to ensure the reliability of key components of the equipment; at the same time, it is equipped with a remote online monitoring and diagnosis system. The operation of TRMS66.4 slag roller mill in Fangcheng Gang, Guangxi for grinding slag and composite powder shows that,when the specific surface area of slag powder is 420m2/kg, the output is 290t/h, and the power consumption is 33.5kW·h/t; when the specific surface area of composite power is 450m2/kg, the output is 280t/h, and the power consumption is 36.5kW·h/t.

Several typical cases of high temperature fault for supporting rollers of rotary kiln have been analyzed. As the main part of the rotary kiln supporting device, the supporting rollers'shafts and bearing of rotary kiln is prone to high temperature and even result in the kiln stop accident caused by the damage of the shafts and bearing , due to the influence of various factors such as the adjustment of kiln process operation or the deviation of installation, the lack of daily operation and maintenance management and so on. The occurrence of high temperature fault of supporting rollers'shafts and bearing can be effectively prevented by taking measures such as regularly testing the operation parameters of rotary kiln for comprehensively grasping the operation state of thermal equipment, and then timely eliminating hidden dangers of equipment.

Babbitt metal on the hydrostatic bearing surface of the roller mill reducer has through scratches and iron impurities embedded, and at the same time, concentric grooves are pulled on the thrust surface of the output flange, which reduces the operational reliability of the roller mill reducer and easily leads to equipment accidents. After disassembling the reducer, cleaning the one-way valve in the high-pressure oil distributor, and checking the lubricating oil delivery pipeline, the causes of iron impurities in lubricating oil were found. By replacing plunger-type high-pressure oil pump with gear-type high-pressure oil pump and strengthening daily inspection of lubricating oil quality, the hidden trouble of equipment operation is eliminated, and the operational reliability of roller mill reducer is improved.

It analyzed reasons of the oil leakage of raw mill sealing and cylinder piston head cracking. Under one mill roller, two cylinder piston rod bear different pressure, which caused cylinder fatigued cracking. While replacing hydraulic cylinder,one new simple installing tool was made to adjust the edge between piston rod and clevis end, which insures the same pressure bear by two piston rod of hydraulic cylinder. After replacing hydraulic cylinder, by controlling limestone grain size, the mill output and suitable raw material thicknesses, and strengthening maintenance of mill hydraulic system,hydraulic cylinder cracking problem has been solved completely.

This paper introduces the construction target content and overall system architecture of the intelligent management and control platform as the core of the digital mine. The core concepts and design principles of the system design are discussed. The functional design of the intelligent management and control platform is listed, which mainly include functions such as intelligent ore allocation, basic information management of mines, basic information management of exploration rights, production plan management, and equipment management. The actual application of the management and control platform system in the Pinshan Limestone Mine shows that the multi-source data of the mine has been systematically integrated. The synergy of all production links has been strengthened. The production efficiency and command and dispatch efficiency of open-pit mining have been significantly improved. At the same time, it enhances the coordination and safety of mining operations, laying a technical foundation for the digital and intelligent mining of mines.

The article introduces the network topology of DCS system of cement plant based on the redundancy design scheme of dual ring network under Hirschmann HIPER-Ring protocol. In this scheme, the Freelance AC900F controller in the automatic integrated control system of the cement plant forms a redundant dual ring network topology with the optical fiber interconnected Hirschmann switch, which can automatically switch to the standby communication line in case of failure of the communication line, play the high reliability of the redundancy ring network, at the same time, avoid the broadcast storm, and effectively improve the reliability and stability of the automatic control system of the cement plant.

The chemical composition and micro morphology of coal gasification fly ash and fly ash, the fluidity of fly ash with different proportions of coal gasification fly ash replacing fly ash, and the effect of coal gasification fly ash as cement admixture on the physical and chemical properties of cement were tested. The test results show that compared with fly ash, coal gasification fly ash has the characteristics of large specific surface area, high content of glass beads and high sphericity of beads; Instead of fly ash as admixture, the fluidity and strength of cement mortar are improved, and the water demand is decreased. The above results show that coal gasification fly ash can replace fly ash as cement admixture.
